All horses for sale below were given their yearly 5-way, Rabies, Potomac Horse Fever, and West Nile Virus vaccinations in October, 2004. They were also all given a complete physical by our vet, which included taking temps, checking vital signs, lungs, eyes and teeth. All horses come with their Registration paper (signed over to you at time of sale), Complete Health Record, and a new halter/lead. Package deals and delivery can be arranged. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of total sale price is due at contract signing, and the remaining balance must be paid in full prior to any animal leaving our farm. We give every effort to represent every Shorecrest animal honestly. If ever any health problem, vice, or defect of any kind exists, we will be upfront about it. A.J. (Apple Jack) is the sire to all of our Welsh/Shetland ponies and Welsh/Arabian crosses that we offer for sale. A.J. is a full blooded unregistered Welsh stallion. When we purchased him we discovered his previous owners failed to register him. We quit trying after several failed attempts to get him registered and decided papers or no papers, he has fantastic babies for us and that is what is most important. From their personalities to their build and everything in between, A.J.'s offspring consistently prove to be above and beyond anything we could have imagined. A.J. has produced somewhere in the neighborhood of 40+ foals over the last 10 years on our farm and his babies continue to impress us.

If you are looking for a nice sized pony for your child to grow up with, Jax may be your guy. Jax is full brother to Sno Bunni, Mishya, Maddy, Chex, and Alex. He is darkly colored right now, but may turn grey (white) as he matures, we aren't quite sure yet. Jax should mature to about 13.2 - 13.3 hands or so, the perfect size for children or a small adult. His sire is our gorgeous full Welsh stallion, A.J., and his mother is our registered Arabian mare, Tara, who has an excellent pedigree including The Egyptian Prince, her grand sire; Morafic, her great grand sire; and Bask & Nazeer in her 4th generation back. Jax can be registered as a half Arabian with the Arabian Horse Association, but I've not yet done so. If you would like for me to register him for you, his price will be increased. We also will offer a nice discount if you pair Jax up with another horse or pony from our farm.

Kelcie is a sweet 3 year old filly, ready for you to start any way you like. She has a wonderful willing attitude and has been handled routinely, but not started with any formal training. Both her sire and dam are here for you to see, both are laid-back and gentle, and both are 15.2h. Kelcie should mature to 15-15.2 hands easily. She is going through a tall, lanky stage but will begin filling out more over this next year. She's turned into a rich liver chesnut color this summer with a flaxen mane. We would love to see her go to a home with children, as she has been raised with my kids and enjoys the attention she gets from them. Kelcie is a full sister to Shorecrests Kimber Lee. She is half sister to all of Thunder's foals you see on my site as well as half sister to Kassie, a full QH filly on my horses sold page. Kelcie has a good head on her, she will make a wonderful riding horse whether in the showring or just out on trails.
